AMC Automation Enterprises was established on July 13, 1999 and registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under Registration No. P-VII-99-44810. From the beginning, our mission was to help industries and commercial companies enhance their operations, with a strong focus on productivity.
We steadily expanded our reach, providing specialized support to businesses in the Cebu and Mactan Economic Zones — evolving into a full-service engineering and trading company that helps industries optimize operational efficiency. Our expertise spans engineering design, from simple to complex automation systems for mechanical assembly and process improvement, to the supply of industrial parts for repair and maintenance, fit-out requirements, and hard-to-find or custom-built parts.
Backed by a team of highly skilled, experienced and dedicated professional engineers, the company transitioned from a sole proprietorship to a corporation on August 8, 2011 — becoming AMC Industrial Systems and Technical Services, Inc., registered under SEC Registration No. CS201129909.
